Licensing Act 2003 - Application to for a new Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Hasan Ozkaytan, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Soros Pizza & Kebab at 20a Mill Street, Wantage, Oxon, OX12 9AQ, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of The provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23.00 to 00.00 Sunday to Thursday and 23.00 to 02.30 Friday to Saturday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 12th January 2012 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
