Licensing Act 2003 - Application to Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, ...Veysel Recber..., give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of ...USA Fried Chicken, 24 Wallingford Street, Wantage, OX12 8AX, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of ...USA Fried Chicken, 24 Wallingford Street, Wantage, OX12 8AX.

Late Night Refreshment: Friday & Saturdays 23:00 to 02:15 also Sunday before Bank Holidays and Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 23:00 to 02:15. Opening Hours: Friday and Saturdays until 02:30 also Sunday before Bank Holidays and Christmas Eve and New Years Eve until 02:30.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 4th January 2012 (insert date of 28 days after he date on which the application was made) and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
