Industrial Act Provident Societies Act 1965
Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 16 of the Act
Notice is herby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of Phoenix (M.K.) Housing Co-operative Limited(Register No. 28119 R) the registered office of which is c/o 53 Abingdon Road, Steventon, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX13 6RW. The grounds of cancellation are that the societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Financial Services Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for society’s financial year ending 30 September 1999.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
