Pursuant to Section 27, Trustee Act 1925 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of 13 Jackman Close, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 3GH, who died on 17 August 2011, is required to send written particulars to the undersi ned by 29 November 2011.

After this date the Executor will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims an interests of which he receives notice.
