New premises licence - Tesco, Abingdon, Oxfordshire

LICENSING ACT 2003 Application has been made to Vale of White Horse District Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, Oxford Road, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 2ED to sell alcohol between 0600 – 2300hrs Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE between 0830 – 1700hrs Monday to Thursday, and between 0830 – 1600hrs on Friday except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 4th October 2011.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
