In the Matter of Steventon Events Limited T/A Truck Festival and In the Matter of the Insolvency act 1986 (as amended)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 264 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7DY on 13 September 2011 at 11:00am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

Proxy forms, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at Shaw Gibbs Insolvency & Corporate Recovery LLP, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7DY not later than 12 noon on 12 September 2011.

Statements of claim must be lodged at the above address prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Notice is further given that Clive Everitt of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency & Corporate Recovery LLP, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the company and during the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require, pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the said Act.
