Pursuant to Section 27, Trustee Act 1925(as amended)

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of 21 Betjeman Court, Wantage, Oxfordshire OX12 9BW, who died on 15 luly 2011, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by 4 November 2011.

After this date the Executor will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims an interests which he receives notice.
