NOTICE is hereby given that on 22 August 2011 Oxfordshire County Council made the above Order under the Road Traf?c Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, which comes into force on 29 August 2011 is to continue in force inde?nitely the provisions of the Oxfordshire County Council (Abingdon, Lombard Street) Experimental Order 2010 which removed a 10 metre section of double yellow lines on the north side of Lombard Street so as to allow unrestricted parking.

The Oxfordshire County Council (Abingdon) (One-way Traffic and Pnohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 1980 (as amended) is amended so as to incorporate these measures.

Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for public inspection at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND, the Vale of White Horse District Council,Abbey House, Abbey Close,Abingdon, OX14 3JE, and Oxfordshire County Council, Milton Road, Drayton, Oxfordshire OX14 4EZ from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.00pm.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not widiin the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 22 August 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
