Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Fulscot Railway Bridge, South Moreton - Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date of Order: 15 August 2011 Coming into force: 24 August 2011

This Order is being introduced because of railway bridge inspection works at Fulscot railway bridge which is anticipated to take one day to complete.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding from 9.00am to 4.00pm, when the appropriate signage is displayed, in that part of the road across Fulscot railway bridge.

Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance services and for the works and for vehicular access to adjacent premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of road.

The alternative route is via A4130, North Moreton and South Moreton & vice versa.

This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
