Pursuant to Section 27, Trustee Act 1925 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of 5 Clifton Drive, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 1ET, who died on 12 April 2011, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by 18 October 2011. After this date the Executor will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled there to having regard only to the claims an interests which he receives notice.
