Pursuant to Section 27, Trustee Act 1925 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Exe Close, Didcot, Oxon OX11 7XF; Deinous Close, Pengram, Blackwood, Caerphilly, who died on 17 January 2011, is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by 21 October 2011. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they receive notice.
