Application for a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Acting Town Clerk, Didcot Town Council, give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence for Edmonds Park, Park Road, Didcot in respect of: a premises licence in order to host an event. This family event is entitled "A Right Royal Affayre: a Celebration of the Queen's 90th birthday". Didcot Town Council has applied for a licence for the following regulated entertainment that may take place throughout the day: the performance of plays, the showing of films, playing recorded and live music on stage, the performance of dance, sports clubs doing demonstrations/ involving members of the public, and the supply of alcohol on Saturday 2nd July 2016 between 1pm and 9pm

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon, OX14 4SB before Friday 3rd June 2016 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
