Take notice that application is being made by: London Regeneration Limited

For planning permission to: Description of proposed development: The demolition of existing buildings, residential development of up to 360 residential units, a medical centre of up to 650m2 and a community hub / local market shop / business and retail facility of up to 325m2 together with green infrastructure and two accesses off Harwell Road (all other matters reserved apart from access), and works associated with the development including landscape, informal and formal open space.
