Application for a new Premises Licence Certificate

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Stephen Henry, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Mellors MOT & Garage Ltd, Faringdon Road, East Challow, OX12 9TE, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of selling alcohol at Mellors Garage

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 2nd October 2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00am to 8.00pm. Monday to Friday and Saturday 10.00am to 7.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm.

It is an offence knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
