Licensing Act 2003 -Application for a new Premises Licence

To whom it may concern, take note that we, Brian and Giulia Rippon, give notice that we have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Storage Unit, Autumn Leaves, High St, Upton OX11 9JE and that we have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.

Any objection to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford OX10 8ED before 13 April 2015 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
