LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We/ Sedona LTD Of Dominos Pizza, 135 Ock Street, Abingdon, have submitted an application for the grant of the premises licence to Vale of White Horse District Council. The record of the application may also be inspected at The Licensing Authority White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday - Friday with the exception of Wednesdays when it may be inspected between 9.00am and 3.00pm, or by email to licensing.team@ whitehorsedc.gov.uk Details of Grant To provide late night refreshment from 10:00am to 24:00pm Monday to Sunday with the exception of Christmas Day. Please can we request on the morning that British Summer time commences an additional hour.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 2nd February 2015 such representation shall be made in writing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
