APPLICATION FOR A NEW CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE


To whom it may concern, take note that l, Eleanor Turner, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Wantage Silver Band, The Bandhall, Tugwell Field, Reading Road, Wantage, OX12 8FR and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of live music, recorded music and the supply of alcohol.

The details of the new application are as follows: Mondays - Fridays: 18.00 - 23.00 Saturdays: 11.00 - 24.00 Sundays: 13.00 - 23.00 Variation: New Year’s Eve: 18.00 - 01.00.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED before 22.12.2014 (insert date of 28 days after the date on which the application was made) and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction. This advertisement can be displayed in local newspapers such as the Oxford Mail (01865) 42A420, Oxford Times (01865) 420420 or the Herald Series (01865) 425338. However you are entitled to advertise in any other appropriate local publication but we would appreciate it if you could let us know which one you have chosen so we can obtain a copy.
