LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate/variation of a Premises Licence.

To whom it may concern, take note that I, John Bailey give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a/variation of a Premises licence for Didcot Town Football & Social Club, Loop Meadow Statdium, Bowmont Water, Didcot, Oxon 0X11 7GA or that I have applied under S.34 Licensing Act 2003/ S84 Licensing Act 2003 in respect of To add plays, indoor sporting, boxing and wrestling. To remove and change seasonal variations. Remove Good Friday & Christmas Day restrictions. To extend licensable area to include main football pitch for outdoor use

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. 0X10 8NL before 4th November 2014 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
