LICENSING ACT 2003
Application to vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate
To whom it may concern, take note that I, Mr Guzel give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Smarts Fish and Chip shop, 7 The Square, Abingdon and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of changing the opening hours. The new opening hours will be Sunday - Thursday 11am -12am Friday and Saturday 11am-3am.
Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxon, OX10 8ED before 30.07.14 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
