RE: MAJOR GENERAL PETER LESTER SPURGEON DECEASED

NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

ANY person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Major General Peter Lester Spurgeon late of Studland House, Frilford Heath, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX13 5QG who died on the 6th January 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executors of the said deceased on or before the 6th October 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
