Application for a new Premises Licence
To whom it may concern, take note that we, CHILTON VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, give notice that we have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of CHILTON FIELD COMMUNITY ROOM,
Horsa Lane, Chilton, Didcot, Oxon OX11 0UE and that we have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of:
The provision of regulated entertainment comprising: Plays, Films, Indoor sporting events, Live music, Recorded music, Performance of dance, Anything of a similar description to the last 3 categories.
Anyone wishing to object to this application should give notice in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Vale of White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before 28 December 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
