Public Exhibition

Land at Station Road, Lydalls Road and Haydon Road, (South of Didcot Parkway Station) Didcot OX11 7NN

The proposal comprises the provision of a new public square south of Station Road, opposite the entrance to Didcot Parkway Station, traffic calming on Station Road, a small public space to the north of the former Jet garage and a mixed use development including a hotel, serviced apartment, office, retail, restaurant, a children's nursery and residential units including apartments and houses, together with associated car parking, including a multi storey to the north of Station Road, and servicing arrangements.

Members of the public and stakeholders are invited to attend a public exhibition of proposals for redevelopment of the land located to the south of Didcot Parkway Station, to provide their views on the draft redevelopment proposals for the site. Representatives from Savills Planning and Urban Design and The Homes and Communities Agency will be on hand at the exhibition to answer any questions and to gather comments and suggestions.
