I give notice that Cockspur Property (General Partner) & Cockspur Property (Nominee No. 1) Ltd
Is applying to the: Vale of White Horse District Council
For planning permission and conservation area consent for: Demolition of 55-59 Stert Street & Abbey Court and the erection of a new three storey building fronting Stert Street, comprising 9 flats, and erection of a three storey terrace building fronting Old Station Yard comprising Four dwellinghouses and 1 maisonette
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council at Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE by 30 October 2013 (It is anticipated that the submission of amendments will be made on 8th October 2013 and be available to via at the above address thereafter)
*"owner" means a person giving a freehold interest or leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver) ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land
