Application for variation of a Premises Licence.

To whom it may concern, take note that I, Mr Tejas Amin give notice that I have applied to South Oxfordshire

District Council for variation of a Premises licence for M & S Pritchard Newsagents 6 Ridgeway Road, DIDCOT, Oxon, OX11 8HG under S.34 Licensing Act 2003/ S84 Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Supply of Alcohol from 0600 to 0000 on Monday to Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, Oxon. OX108NL before 08 August 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m and 4.00 p.m Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such and offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction
