To whom it may concern, take note that I, John Sheridan Hickman, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence for the sale of alcohol over the internet from 00.00hrs Monday to 24.00hrs Sunday during each week of the year in respect of Cannon Packing & Logistics Ltd, 184 Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 4SE.

Anyone wishing to object to this application should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before July 6^th 2013 where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
