To whom it may concern, take note that I, Michael Rowe, give notice that I have applied to Value of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Rowes Newsmarket,

18 Wallingford Street, Wantage, OX12 8AX, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of extending the current hours of the off-licence selling hours from 8am-11pm Monday to Saturday and 10am 10.30pm Sundays to 4am-11pm 7 days a week.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before June 19th 2013 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
