David Einig trading as David Einig Contracting Ltd of Lorien, Waterperry, Oxfordshire, OX33 1LD is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep two goods vehicles and zero trailers at Moor End Lane Farm, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3HW.

To change existing conditions or undertakings applying at the operating centre at Airfield Farm, Enstone Airfield, Enstone, Chipping Norton, OX7 4NP from six vehicles and zero trailers to zero vehicles and zero trailer.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be effected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within twenty one days of this notice.

Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
