The Vale of the White Horse District Council has recently prepared a new draft Local Plan to guide future planning and development allocations. The Council has identified land to the north of Charlton, Wantage (known as Crab Hill) as one of the locations where projected housing needs will be met.

Lands Improvement, and i ts team of consultants, i s hosti ng the above publi c exhibitions to provide information on the evolving proposals for Crab Hill and how it might be developed.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and discuss their views relating to development on the site at the times and venue highlighted above.

We would encourage people to have a look at our exhibition before making representations in respect of the draft Local Plan.
