To whom it may concern, take note that I, Michael Hudson, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Marcham Village Shop, 16 North Street, Marcham, Abingdon, Oxon OX13 6NG, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence in respect of the supply of alcohol for consumption 'off the premises' at 16 North Street, Marcham, Abingdon, Oxon OX13 6NG, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 07.30 and 19.30.

Anyone wishing to object should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, Vale of White Horse District Council, Licensing Unit, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE before midnight on Tuesday 27 November 2012.

A copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at these offices, or on the Council's website http://www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk

 is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
