PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT LAND WEST OF GROVE, GROVE, OXFORDSHIRE

NOTICE UNDER PART V (22) TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011

ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT "FURTHER INFORMATION"
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT LAND WEST OF GROVE, GROVE, OXFORDSHIRE

Persimmon Homes Limited and Taylor Wimpey Limited has applied to the Vale of White Horse District Council (Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE) for planning permission for "Residential development of about 2,500 dwellings with associated services, facilities including a secondary school, primary schools, local centre, open space including a community park and the realignment of Denchworth Road to the south." (Application ref. P12/V0299/O). The aforementioned planning application was submitted on 3rd February 2012.

Further Information has been submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council in respect of the Environmental Statement and the other application documents.

Members of the public may inspect copies of this Further Information at the Vale of White Horse District Council Offices, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE during reasonable office hours operated by the Council until 21st November 2012 and on the Council's website. Anyone wishing to make representations regarding the Further Information should do so in writing to Mike Gilbert, Vale of White Horse District Council Offices, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 3JE quoting reference P12/V0299/O.

Members of the public can obtain a copy of the Further Information by writing to Mrs N Brock, Kemp & Kemp Property Consultants, Elms Court, Botley, Oxford, OX2 9LP enclosing a cheque for £100 for a printed copy and £10 for a CD. Copies of the document can be obtained whilst stocks last.
