The Planning Acts require the District Council to give notice that it has received the following applications:

P11/W0973/RLB /LB Following the resolution by the landlord/owner of structural problems in the floor, roof and external walls of the reception room, the internal walls need to be refitted and decorated and the cloakroom needs to be reinstated. [cross reference: Planning Application: P11/W0236/RLB from Mrs P Fleming] The proposal includes removal of studwork that lined the internal aspect of the south wall, removal of the stud wall for the cloakroom in order to access and rectify damp in the floorboards, and subsequent replacement of plaster to walls and reinstatement of the cloakroom facilities (toilet and sink).
