Dozens of reports of rubbish and fly tipping have been made to Oxfordshire County Council.
The reports were made on Fix My Street, a map based website where people living in an area can anonymously report issues and problems to their local authority.
People living in and around Bicester have reported 50 separate incidents the county council in recent weeks.

Under the law, both littering and fly tipping are criminal offences, with fly tipping carrying a fine of up to £50,000.
One resident reported five large bin bags full of rubbish which were left in a wooded area near Lawrence Way.
A second shared a picture of, what appears to be, dilapidated old seats from a car that was abandoned on the side of Springfield Road.
Another reported that a double mattress had been left in some bushes on the side of Skimmingdish Lane.
In a fourth example, a resident shared a picture of two shopping trollies full to the top with rubbish bags which were dumped behind their property.
The reporter said the trollies had already been there for two weeks and were “causing a nuisance”.
For many, bins in the town were the big issue.
An old bin on the footpath between Whimbrel Close and The Bramblings was reported because it is not attached to a post, so it is often “tipped over with rubbish going all across the path”.
The resident who reported it said: “I have seen that the rest of the area has gotten new big round black bins - it would be ideal if this could be changed to one of those.”
Several people living in the town also cited the Bicester’s recycling bins which were full to the top, resulting in people leaving glass bottles and bags of recycling around the bins instead.
Two of the reports specifically stated that dog waste bins are “overflowing”.
The huge number of reports come as just last month one voluntary litter picker photographed an “appalling” amount of rubbish around Tesco and McDonalds on Lakeview Drive.
Jamie Jessett, who runs the voluntary group Bicester Litter Pickers, took photographs of the “horrible” amounts of litter located to document the issue.
The images revealed an array of rubbish and dumped materials in the bushes around the outlets include Costa Coffee and McDonalds cups, plastic bags, crisp packets, glass bottles and concrete, amongst many other things.
The 26-year old, who is from Kingsmere, said the sight of litter near the units “does not look good” and for people who are visiting the town “it is just awful to see”.
